IT DEGREE APPRENTICESHIPS
Degree Apprenticeships provide an alternative route to traditional higher education and are free of charge. They combine university study, so employees can gain a degree whilst remaining in the workplace and upskilling:
The programme is a 1 day a week release at Rhos-on-Sea, and 1 remote (online) evening.

The key tasks of the role with Delwedd include:
- Daily updates to customers’ websites – e.g. updating website content
- Customer Service – via Phone & Email
- General Administrative Duties
As the course progresses, the successful applicant will spend time on more projects that will support your degree, providing valuable experience.
Required:
- IT Skills & Experience
- Fluent in Welsh & English
- Comfortable working to deadlines
Desirable:
- Customer Service Experience
- Experience working in a busy office
- Full driving licence
Please note: Training will be provided.
Hours: Full Time / Part-time
Salary: Dependent on Skills & Experience.
Contract: 3 years.
Location: Our office is located in the Galeri in Caernarfon, North Wales.
