 The main self-contained part of the farmhouse sleeps six, including baby in cot. Downstairs, there is a large combined kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove (logs provided) and dvd player. The kitchen is fitted with solid mahogany units, an electric cooker, hobs, extractor hood, washer-dryer, built-in ironing board, sink unit and fridge. There is also an electric kettle, toaster, microwave, iron, vacuum cleaner, and all essential utensils, cutlery and crockery. The room also has a colour TV and Parker Knoll suite. All the rooms are fitted with central heating. There is also a separate dining room which holds a good selection of books, magazines and some jigsaws and games. |

| There
are three bedrooms, two with 4'6" beds and one a 4' bed.
The beds have sprung interior mattresses and electric blankets.
Bedding, sheets and pillowcases are provided and beds are made up
ready for your arrival. A high chair and cot with cot sheets are
available on request.
The bathroom contains a power shower, bath, washbasin, flush toilet and airing cupboard with an immersion heater. A hairdryer is also provided. "...stay in a farmhouse steeped in character." |

accommodation is guaranteed to be clean and well-equipped, with
double-glazing on all windows. Children are welcome.
Outside there is sufficient concreted parking space for two cars, and a clothes line. One house-trained pet is allowed per let. The house and medium-sized garden both have spectacular views over the bays and headlands to the Snowdonia mountains. Llanbedrog's sandy sheltered beach is just under 1.5 miles by car (less on foot using a nearby public footpath).
